Sports and games include more than just the benefits of physical things it develops confidence, self-esteem and mental sharpness which proffers them a primary part of the curriculum. Recreations and sports should make an integral part of the student’s life.

Nowadays, parents look beyond academics for their children overall development. They are also now more aware of professional possibilities in sports. Taking care of parent’s perception we provide good sports facilities in the school. There are a large number of sports which are played they are: basketball, kho-kho, cricket, volleyball, kabaddi, badminton, table tennis, lawn tennis and many other athletic games.

Indoor activities are also played here which plays an important role in the development of the child. After a whole day trapped in the classroom, the kids seriously need some fresh air and unregulated break time. We have a lot of fun ideas to let the kids get their energy out in a controlled way in the classroom. Providing whole class recess activities is wonderful because it gives kids a chance to move around and release energy before it’s time to sit still and focus again.

Sports also results in the development of confidence, self-esteem for some students who are not active in academics. It helps to strengthen their belief system, which may result in improved academic performance. It also serves as the best icebreaker for fresh students and helps in bonding and faster adaptation.
