Yoga Classes

Today, it is accepted worldwide as one of the most effective forms of exercise to influence physical as well as psychological balance. Here at NPS yoga room has a soothing ambience and well-matted floors enable students to gain coordination of mind, body and soul. Thus we host weekly classes for the students. It is a compulsory activity at Nikita Public School, and there are no extra charges.

Sitting at a desk for hours a day, going back home and pouring over books to finish the daily homework assignments, studying and facing various tests, participating in various extra-curricular activities, etc. all cause the body and mind to tense up. A team of qualified yoga trainers imparts basic yoga knowledge to our students.
