NPS Admission Detail

  1. All applications for admission to the school must be made on the prescribed forms.
  2. You can buy the “application form” from the school counter.
  3. For admission to a particular class, the child must have completed the eligible age (age criteria as laid by RBSE Norms).
  4. No school leaving certificate is given until all the sums due to the school have been paid in full.
  5. The student seeking admission to the school is required to produce the relevant documents / certificates at the time of admission.
    • Municipal birth certificate (Attested Copy)
    • School leaving/Transfer certificate
    • Progress report of last class attended.
Application forms must be submitted no later than the date indicated on the application form or as found on the bulletin board in the school office. Submitting the application form doesn’t mean confirmation of seat. The school management committee has the right to confirm the seat. School also offers RTE applications for reserved categories. The confirmation of the seat is dependent upon the status of the child and the availability of seats in class. Withdrawal notice must be given 30 days before the completion of the term. School fees shall not be refunded in case the withdrawal notice is given during the term. If the withdrawal of a child is on medical grounds (acceptable to the principal) with the absence of half a term or more, some % of the fees will be refunded.
